If your order doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unused, and still in their individual packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and clearly mark the outside of the package with your RA number before shipping it back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 3-5 business days.
